Swap my Audi S4 B5 for something VAG Diesel

I have an Audi S4 I want to swap for a VAG Diesel, ideally a Golf or something small ish.

Its a 2.7 litre V6 Bi Turbo, 265bhp as standard.

The car goes very well, very quick, 3" catless downpipes, twin 2.5" stainless exhaust, lowered around 30mm and has 18" RS4 Style alloy wheels.

Part Audi service history, part independant and then serviced by me.
Its defjnitely not a Minter body wise, front arches are a bit rusty etc.
MOT'd in January and taxed til end of Sept 2014, had new discs and pads all round. That was all it needed.

It gets used as a daily drive by my wife and is too big for her, hence the need for something smaller.
