Hi this tablet is brand new, it comes with the box charger and Manuel and keyboard and protective case and screen protective cover. Works perfect no faults , I think it must have Samsung software as it works the same as my phone. I bought this for my wife but she could not get on with it. So bought her a iPad instead..
