Vauxhall vectra 2.2 elite

Hi we have a vectra 2.2 elite 2003 (53) 65000 mile, 9 months mot, currently sorn, full black leather interior, full service history, really nice comfortable car to drive, even though its a petrol its really good on fuel especially on motorways with cruise control on, with it bein the elite its top of the range in this shape vectra.
Now the bad bits, has a dent in the door passenger side i have found one on ebay for £40 complete but its never really bothered me, and it needs a new cat it stills drives ok but its showing on computer as the cat, now i might fit a new 1 to it and keep it i have been quoted 150ish but i want to see if much interest in it first..
