Honda nsr125 jc22 engine

Nsr125 jc22 good runner when removed from bike complete with carberetta , oil pump and power valve .head can be removed for inspection . These engines are getting abit hard to come by nowadays and with it being so complete except the starter motor . Having looked about it would easy fetch 450-500 quid but £350 is a fair price or w.h.y perhaps an old bike non runner large cc thanks for looking.
