Vw t4 transporter main add

Description:

Up for grabs is my 98 t4 transporter (r reg) 1.9td

Has mot till october 2015 and tax till end of november 2014

The clocks are showing just over 260k i was told they had been changed at somepoint according to the old mots i believe this to be true as the milage on them doesnt tally with the clocks ( there is a 20/30k jump in miles so the clocks were changed for higher milage ones) so i believe the van has covered around 240k

The van also had a brand new head (not recon) fitted around 50k ago along with cam belt and water pump so is due belt in next 10k (reciepts to prove)

I have owned the van around 18 months and in that time it has had the following :-

Pair of lower ball joints

2x coolant flanges ( front and side of the block)

Split charge and lesure battery in a little cuboard
Insulated, ply lined and carpeted inc door cards
Black a pillar trims and sun visors
Red leatherette cab roof lining
Red & black bucket seats

New power steering and alternator belts

2x cb aerials ( 1 for cb and other for head unit)

Before i owned the van it was resprayed in 2009 and had genuine vw side windows fitted at same time

Now for the bad points after all its a 16 year old van

Rust on all 4 arches ( drivers pictured is the worst)
Top half of tailgate could do with painting
Paint flacking off bumpers in places(mainly by arches)
Scratch under o/s side window
Dent in wing under passenger indicator
Cambelt due in next 10k

There may be bits ive missed but i will updated accordingly if i think of anything else

Despite the bad points its still a good presentable van looks good and turns heads
