This is a vintage black PVC Top.
Has straps and is boned.
Made by Phaze.
Label sizes this as a 12, but the exact length is 18 inches (at the longest point), the chest is 16 inches (34 inches around) - although it is stretch fit.
All measurements are measured with a tape measure, with the item laid flat with fabric un-stretched.
Condition: Worn, and there is some signs of damage to the PVC due to age, but has some life left in it - although needs a bit of love and a shine.
