2009 kxf 250 just rebuilt over £1000 spent

2009 kxf 250, it was rebuilt on 14/06/2014, which included, crank, piston, inlet+outlet valves, cam chain and guides, full gasket set, and probably more I'll have to check the receipts. While the engine was out I bought a few small bits for it such as red radiator hoses, red carb kit, fork seals and sleeves, new seat+cover and seat bump, front brake pads, front sprocket, grips and a few anodised bits, probably a lot more to list, bike starts 1st/2nd kick hot or cold, the kit will be sold separately or may let it go with the bike for a swap for a nice car or van or maybe a 2 stroke around the same age, £2250 Devon area 07460062833
