bmw e46 m3 smg £6495 looking for a discovery td5

For sale is this lovely e46 m3 coupe, im only selling as im looking for a td5 discovery or decent 4x4 to tow with
Smg flappy paddle gearbox , or tip tronic on gear stick or "auto"
These are not an automatic car although they do not have a clutch pedal
The clutch is operated electronically as is the gear change
Full mot 6 months tax
Just been fully serviced
Nearly full bmw history and rest is independent
104k but no high mileage related problems
The only thing that shows the mileage is the clocks and the small stone chips on the front bumper
Drives spot on and all gear changes both in "auto" and manual are smooth
The smg box has 5 settings in auto and 6 in manual for how fast and aggressively it changes

Factory hill start
Sport mode
Tyre monitoring
LSD
Traction control ( switchable )
Just had both throttle sensors done( common problem) plugs changed, all oils changed and a full inspection service
Tan leather with memory seats, tiniest bit of wear but no splits
Air con has just been serviced and is icy cold
Everything works
Choice of factory tape head unit and changer or factory in dash CD player
19" genuine wheels with all good tyres
Csl carbon splitters
Performance air filter
Black grilles ( I have the chrome ones)

Poly bushed rear arms ( another very common problem)
This car needs nothing doing to it and drives like a much lower mileage car
347 bhp standard and averages 25 around town and 31 on a sporty run and 34 on a long sensible run
Effortless overtaking in both gearbox options
And a lovely performance car that can also be used and driven sensibly
It has about 4 tiny marks on the whole car , none of which are that noticeable
As I said , it drives spot on and has no known faults
