Large corner sofa and matching storage footstool

Large Corner sofa with matching storage footstool for sale. Overall in very good condition and very comfy but cushion covers could do with a wash. All cushion covers can be removed and washed.
The arms and main structure of sofa is covered in brown suede, this is what you can see on the photos, they are not marks on the arms.
Photos do not do this sofa justice.

Depth of sofa is 86
The length of sofa from arm to back of corner is 108 (this can be seen in the pictures against the back wall in our room)
The length of the sofa (under the window in pictures) from back of corner to arm is 94.
Height from floor to seat cushions is roughly 17.
Floor to top of the arms 25 inches.
Floor to top of back of sofa (excluding cushions on back) is 27.
The footstool (again in inches)
32.5 wide.
22 deep
18 high.
Viewing is welcome and recommended. This is a heavy large item which will need to be taken into consideration when collecting and moving. Sofa is also advertised elsewhere.We are located in diddlebury, not to far from ludlow/craven arms/ bridgnorth.
