Bugera 1960 Plexi Clone 150w Head (no cab)
Location: North West England - Keighley, West Yorkshire.
Swap Value: £300-£400
Description:
Bugera 1960 Infinium 150w Head.
This thing is a monster! As you can see it is a plexi clone with a lot of mods and extra features that come as standard.
- Randy Rhodes Cascaded channels mod.
- Master Volume post phase inverter mod.
- Effects Loop.
- Infinium self biasing technology.
For those not familiar with Infinium tech, it basically automatically does biasing on all the power valves separately.
This also has an indicator to tell you when one of the tubes is duff.
Why is this useful?
- For a start, matched sets of EL34's are no longer required as the biasing is set to do the optimum voltages per valve.
- An engineer is not needed to replace the valves and re-bias them, you just pop in a new set and the biasing is done automatically.
- This technology increases life of valves up to 20x (apparently).
