As you can see its in bits, Needs restoration has been in bubble wrap for some time and not seen daylight in a few years, the base in in-tacked with the felt is dis-colored so it will need replacing.
Opening the wrapping after moving i found that the truck had come away from the trailer and other bits have fallen off due to the glue, I have no idea why bits have fallen off, Also some bits might have snapped off, not sure what or where as the glue does dry white and looks like a snap in plastic (model enthusiast's will understand this)
