Honda HRV VTEC 1.6 4WD swap for MPV people carrier

2000 Honda HRV. 4 wheel drive. 125k miles 2 months tax and test remaining. Good condition inside and out, with the odd mark and blemish to be expected on the age of car. This is a great car and I wish I could keep it, but I need a people carrier as it is just not quite big enough for 2 dogs 2 kids and a weeks worth of luggage! These are listed as the 5th least likely car to breakdown! Look it up. It has just had the rear differential serviced and a new alternator belt. Super reliable, nippy and fun to drive as this is the VTEC model too.
It has air conditioning which works, electric windows and mirrors, remote central locking, alloy wheels and it also has professionally retro fitted rear parking sensors. I am leaving the stereo in which is one of those cd less usb types.
£825 or I would consider a swap for a large people carrier of similar value with cash either way.
