Up for sale is my 1988 Austin Mini Mayfair, I've owned the car for about two years and unfortunately I don't use it enough so I've decided the time is right to sell.

Since owning the car a lot of work has been carried out, this includes:

Radiator, Front indicators, Electronic distributor, Electronic ignition, Sub Frame, Radius arms and bushes, Wheel Bearings, Oil Filter, Handbrake Cable, Boot lid cables, Rear brake flexi hose kit. Engine rewiring, Weber 45 DCOE carburettor steel 6" inlet manifold k&n air filter, exhaust, sportex manifold.

The car has 5 months MOT and 3 months road tax remaining. Also comes with lots of previous MOT certificates and original handbook.

As you'd expect with a car of this age, there are a few minor issues that may need attention (as below) :-

There is the odd small rust patch here and there which will need some attention.

2nd gear sometimes pops out

Possibly needs a new relay switch

Fuel gauges reads as zero so possibly needs a new sensor or existing one cleaning.
