Zip 50 project haven't got time starts and rides

Here is my zip 50 I bought this bike as a project and began to spray plastics and clean up the bike. No longer have time todo this as I'm learning to drive bike starts and rides fine could do with having rollers changed.. No tax or mot no log book bike comes with 2 keys and green slip of the logbook text check free 150 or swap for a pitbike??
