Mk3 Golf VR6

Hello and welcome to my golf.
Here we have a project for someone. I brought this 6 months ago and put it on the road. It has the age related marks of worn seat the odd scab InThe usual Golf places.
It is currently mot'd with 7 months remaing and has 1 months tax left.

The bad bit.
When I pulled off my drive it developed a water leak :(
My friend took it to his garage and diagnosed a head gasket problem.
Before this it pulled like a train with no smoke or rattles.
Unfortunately with the article of our new baby the wife wants it gone and a estate so no repair for me :(
