Small Economical SWAP For 4X4 Disel with Towbar

I have a 3 door orange 106 for swaps.
It has Tax till June, 2014, MOT Till december 2014.
Great cheap little car to run.
No problems with it at all.
Cd player.
Small dent over the back left wheel arch, have been told it will pop out easily.
Bodywork otherwise pretty tidy for the year.
I am looking for a diesel 5 door 4X4 with a towbar to swap, or happy to buy the 4X4 if under £1000.
I am willing to add cash on top of the car as I do understand my little 106 isn't worth £1000.
