kymco super 9 50cc liquid cooled

Kymco super 9 50cc liquid cooled non runner full log books and 1 key has sat for along time it lost compression not to sure why and what to do with it but it did do 55mph and quickly it has a flat tyre but I think that is because its sat there for a while and the speedo cable has broke its also a little hard to push but that is because it has moved in a long time need rid of the scooter as I need the space in side the shed buyer will have to collect as it being a non runner and I do not have the funds to deliver any swap considered
