It's starts and drives but does need tlc to get it mint again!
I put a brand new carb on the other day £24.99 and a new air filter comes with £8.99!
It's electric start only but battery is dead so needs to be jump started and solenoid bypassed ?
But just generally needs a tidy up great for the kids for the summer or adults
