Peugeot ludix blaster only 3000kms from new **{SPARES OR REPAIRS}** mechanically sound

Here is my Peugeot ped reason for spares or repairs is my mate got banned 3 year ago so didn't pay his finance, the finance company wanted the bike back but never got it, it sat in his garage for 3 years unused.. I bought it with the intention of using it on the road but then got told I can't register it or legally use it on the road due to ( OUTSTANDING FINANCE ). My mate also lost the keys for bike during a house move.. ** I can show photo I?do and provide a full written receipt to who ever has it off me as prove that I haven't been out and stolen it!

Most parts on the ped are mint/ near new condition although the rev cable, battery and coil have already been sold to someone. It has a £90 aftermarket carbon headlight surround what's fitted with 6 blue LEDs and all plastic panels are mint apart from 1 small broken piece near the rads.. Will possibly sell in parts but prefer to get rid as a whole.
