This tent sets up quickly and with a bit of practise it will fold down jus as quick. It has two bedroom sections that will each sleep two people, and it has the living area in the middle with a large door.
I have used this tent in some horrendous conditions without any leaks!!! I will sad to see it go but due to my family expanding it just isnt big enough.
