BMW 320D M-Sport Stunning condition

Here is my BMW 320D M-sport,
Very Reluctant to get rid of this so no time wasters or pointless rubbish please :)
So the Car is on 170k miles, however the engine and major components are on 110k with every receipt for this after the first engine ingested the Swirl flaps (Common issue on this model)
car has 12 months MOT
9 Months Tax (Jan 2015)

M sport wheels and interior
6 disc CD Changer
Upgraded Angel eye lights
BMW Carbon and Glass badges on front back and steering wheel
Full service History and Every Receipt for any bit of work done mostly by BMW or BMW Specialists

Bad Bits:
Boot release button temperamental (can still be opened by pop button on key)
Alloys slightly kerbed
Surface rust patch on front O/S Arch about the size of a 5p coin
Rear reg light unit temp fixed (could do with a new unit circa £40)
Tear in Drivers seat side support approx 3inch length
