Ultimate Liveaboard Jack Plowles 41

Location: South Central England - Lowestoft
Swap Value: £25.000+

Description:

I am selling the ultimate 41’ live aboard motor cruiser.
41’ long and 14’ wide, big enough to have all the creature comforts but not too big to be too expensive on mooring fees. No council tax, no water or sewage rates, no tv licence, the ultimate economical luxury, fun accommodation Mooring fees, electric and gas cost me about £210 a month. Compare that to a small house. No lawn to mow, the best water feature ever and if you don’t like where you are or need to move, you don’t have to pack, just untie the ropes and start the engines.

Accommodation comprises of :- Listed from bow to stern (front to back)
2 single births in the bow (front) cabin, with a wardrobe, draws and plenty of storage.
Galley (kitchen)
To port (left) the fridge, sink, and large storage cupboard
To starboard (right) freezer, microwave, gas hob and oven plenty of worktop and cupboards.
Saloon (living room)
Spacious, light airy mixture of modern and traditional, with the inner helm (steering position) at the front, lots of storage with drawers and cupboards, I have a nice big flat screen tv opposite a leather sofa bed which could sleep another 2
Then down steps Heads (toilet) to the port (left) with basin all modern clad walls and ceilings with 2 good sized storage cupboards. Starboard (right) Shower room with a large walk in shower cubicle with seat, a basin and a good cupboard for all towels and things.
To the stern (back) there is the main bedroom, with a nice double bed and 2 single beds, a wardrobe and lots of cupboards and drawers
Above and up stairs from the saloon is another day/living room, really bright and spacious. Up a few more steps to the fly bridge with helm (steering position) , seating and more storage cupboards.

There is plenty of piping hot water, and economical, silent central heating to the bedrooms, shower room, toilet kitchen and living room.
Full 240v sockets wherever needed, lighting is 24v, mostly LED lights which are cheap to run.
Really comfortable for 2, 3 or even a family of 4 to live on.

Technical stuff, Last year I had it out of the water, replaced all cutlass bearings, props balanced, new anodes, rubbed down the hull and new antifouling.
2x Volvo Penta 235hp turbo diesel engines
Its got Raymarine, navigation, fish finder, and all the other gizmos to stop you getting lost or hitting things. Auto pilot if your too lazy to control it yourself.
Once unplugged from shore power there is an inverter that powers the freezer, other than that everything else works from battery, even one of the Tvs.
Bow thruster
New 100 gallon fresh water tank.
Lots of other technical stuff that I can answer and lots more photos if your interested.
£43,000 A lot of boat for that money.
