Brand New iPhone 5S 16GB Gold (EE/Orange/T-Mobile)

Got a replacement iPhone 5S 16GB Gold from the Apple Store yesterday and the phone is locked to EE/Orange/T-Mobile, I cannot use it as I am on O2 (GiffGaff), there is no box or accessories, just the phone and USB lead. Looking for cash so I can buy another new iPhone 5S or swap for another 5S that's exactly the same brand new on O2. £400.
