1 usb port was not reliable since the start of getting this item so was blocked from use, the rest are perfectly fine and this doesn't affect performance at all.

This is not 'as new' and has some scratches on casing.

Update:

Recently had this laptop looked at and paid £50 to get a small problem fixed. it is now working perfectly and is keeping very cool! Charger for the laptop was also recently replaced at £40.
