1994 CITROEN XANTIA LX TD BLUE,MOT AND TAX.

Description:

Very rare early mk1 xantia turbo diesel, genuine 109000 miles, only one owner before me. MOT til June, TAX TILL AUGUST.

Late last summer had a new head gasket due to age, timing belt kit, coolant flush, oil, filters, discs and pads (have all reciepts).

The suspension has been completely overhauled, height correctors stripped and cleaned, new doseur valve and spheres, hydroflushed and now on fresh LHM, very comfortable.

No rust as galvanized, alloy wheels and in the best colour. Not many early ones with the badge on the bonnet left on the road now, becoming quite collectable but I need the space!

Interior is like new, everything works including the steering wheel radio controls and remote central locking.

The bonnet and boot lid could do with a spray as laquer has peeled, a few age related marks, it is twenty years old but is mechanically sound!
To answer a few questions I've had, this is the engine with the Bosch diesel pump so will run on vegetable oil, myself and the previous owner have only ever run it on diesel though!

To the Citroen enthusiasts this is a 'sinker' Xantia with a flow diverter valve (FDV), this was one of the last Xantia's which used this suspension type which makes it even more rare!
