Honda CBF 125 White 2010 6 months T an T

Good condition apart from the below, few scratches here and surface rust where expected.
I bought this bike around 6 months ago, rode it for a couple of months and got a flat tire. I took it in to a garage where they repaired it for me and the next day started getting a scraping/knocking noise coming from the front end. The guy told me when changing the tire that the break calliper was stiff and needed a service so I decided this was the cause, being a new rider I didn't want to ride it as it was to the garage so decided to have a go myself.
Did some research and bought a referb kit, all went well,refitted and still the same problem.
Next step was maybe I did something wrong so I bought a new calliper off ebay. Fitted this and still the same problem.
Decided maybe it was a warped disk so bought one of these and still the same issue!
It is definitely coming from this area, not an engine fault or anything like that but I'm out of ideas!
Bike will come with extra calliper and brake disk. Could be that there isn't a problem with any of these and that if somebody who knows what there looking for takes a look, might be a 5 minute job.
As I cant solve the problem and don't want to ride it to a garage as it is I'm hoping to swap with someone who could fix it themselves.
Its now been sat there a couple of months and even though I regularly start her up and clean her, being sat outside all winter under a cover cant be good for her and I'm getting worried its going to cause more problems the longer this takes to solve.
