I'm selling my Cosalt Torino Static Caravan that is on site at Par Sands Holiday Park Cornwall.
The Holiday Home is in excellent condition, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8) has Double Glazing and electric heaters, I have paid the site fees for 2014 so these will be included in the cost.
The park is in an excellent location, sat directly on top of Par Beach (see pics) the company that own it (park Leisure) have invested over £1,500,000 in the past two years, with tarmac parking spaces, new lighting, in doors heated swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, multi weather sports court, x2 tennis courts and they are just building a new 5 star bistro restaurant with sea views, the park has a lovely Cornish pub at the entrance and only two minute walk to the village, a massive lake where you can go feed the ducks and swans etc..
the season is also 10 months, from march 7th - January 7th.

I cant say enough about this park, I have been here for 3 years but am now buying a cottage near by so have no need for this anymore.

Ill attach pics of the caravan and the park, I would like to see £30,000 but am open to offers as well, no swaps just a straight sale or may take a part exchange with a tourer or motor home.
