XBOX 360 (chunky type) with games

Xbox 360 60GB (chunky type) boxed. comes with all cables and wires required.
This is my Grandsons Xbox 360 we bought it for him a few years ago) for when he stays with us so he can play his games and also chat and keep in touch with his friends. Only really used when he stays at our house as he has his own Xbox 360 at home. (saves him getting bored) so it hasent been over used. There is no problems with the machine and it has never been messed with or anything, Just bought put in the spare bedroom and played on. Im afraid the head set has long since gone he now uses his own headset he bought. All cables and wires are included once i can suss them out, I have been advised that i should take the Xbox 360 back to factory settings to protect my Gransons privacy (he is only 12) this i am going to need help to do. I will also include some games Call of Duty MW3, Call of Duty Black Ops and Call of Duty Ghosts (we only bought this for him at Christmas and cost £40.00) hes only played it twice!. He also has Call of Duty 2 but lent it to a friend but cant remember what friend so if this comes back i will include it but possibly not lol. Also 2 controllers one of which is mod rapid fire controller (will include instruction sheet if he still has it)I am looking to sell these items or even better maybe swap . If there is pics on the ad then i sussed it....If not i did not suss it but can send pics if required. This item comes in original box allbeit a bit crushed and tatty.
