1994 SUZUKI CAPPUCCINO 0.6 TURBO HARDTOP CONVERTABLE

Location: South Central England - bedfordshire
Swap Value: £1.000+
Model: Suzuki     Year: 1994     Mileage: 80,000 miles

Description:

Hi all,

I'm gauging interest in my 1994 Suzuki Cappuccino 0.6 Turbo

Owned since August last year, and had a fantastic time since. The only expense i've faced is putting it through it's MOT in October, which cost a grand total of £90.00 - the guy who did it had seen them before and commented that it was a solid little car! (but i guess everybody will try and tell you that!)

the original purpose of getting the car was to do a small 5mile commute across town, and in this it defiantly excels, getting from 0-60 in 7.4 seconds on paper ( i've timed it to about 8 seconds which is still fantastic for a 660cc )
The little turbo means it remains powerful and economical even at low revs making it a perfect runabout achieving over 45 mpg if driven nicely

They have a PVC/Faux Leather interior, electric windows, air con, and the standard features such as seat and steering rake adjustment - so pretty kitted out for a basic, older car

The roof system is pretty unique in that you have 4 different configurations - all roof panels stow in the boot and it has retained the standard leather protective bags for this purpose. The different configs are; Full hard top, T-top (see MR2), Targa top (see Porche), and a full drop top.

Reason for post is i will be moving back out of London in the first half of this year, so will be looking to get something meatier with more seats!

In terms of swap(z) - WHY?

I will consider anything, but have a love for older Jags (XJ8?) and older Mercs (W123?)

To summarise,
-this 1994 80k Cappuccino has MOT up to October 2014 and Tax until September/October 2014,
-flew through last MOT, previous owner seemed passionate and had sorted and sealed rust on the underside in the interest of safety (There are small rust spots on a couple of arches but this didn't even appear as an advisory on the MOT)
- Mechanically it is sound with no lights on the dash, feels solid cornering and tracking is straight
-it has also retained it's Electronic Limiter to 85mph so i'd happily say it has not been ragged beyond this - usually owners may install a switch to the ecu to turn on/off the limiter but on inspection i found no indication of this

What Have You?

I want to swap for

Jaguar

Mercedes

Passionate about older cars but for the sake of being sensible i'll consider all! WHY!

I am open to ALL SWAPZ
