Swap my 67 beetle for early bay window

Hi I would like to swap my 67 beetle for an early bay panel van. My beetles in very good conditions with the odd bit of surface rust but nothing structural. Its lowered on dropped spindles at the front and Red9 rear spring plates, Engine is standard 1300 single port with a Vintage Speed stainless exhaust and good heat exchangers,
Floor pan is solid and waxoyld. Just fitted new Empi carb, blue coil and usual service parts. New front valance (German spec). Uncut dash, new steering wheel, original interior with new carpets. Good tyres on chrome 956 replica wheels. I value it at 4.5-5k and have a extra 3k to add so looking for bays around 8k
