mk2 golf gti, recent respray 12m mot

heres my black mk2 golf gti, £1400 or offers, any genuine offer to buy will be considered as its been put away in garage and wont be getting used

1.8 8v 5 door full v5

car is in Oldham


148000 (will rise as in daily use) has had a bottom end engine rebuild with clutch (don't have any proof of this, but is a good runner starts first time everytime been sat for 8 days on front started no probs) and full respray

recently had new

original centre and back box exhaust

k&n filter

battery

starter

dizzy

coilovers (now rasied and includes c spanner to set how you want them)

rear brake pads (very good front pads aswell) and new wipers that havnt yet been fitted

interior is very good condition, very clean, only slight rip on drivers bolster, no marks or stains at all

wolfsberg window winders in the rear, all electrics and heaters work as should,

has rare vw banded steelies

has part service history, all hand booklets etc and also has original sale slip

12m passed mot on the 15th oct 2013
tax is out will add 6 month for new owner

cheap classic insurance mines 250 a year
also comes with darker rear lights not got round to fitting them, which I think will make the car look loads better

bad point someone has fitted a tow bar in the past, I was going to remove,

being a 22 year old car needs very little tlc resecuring some exterior trim, I have bought some fixing just don't have the time myself, the trim is on fine, just could be better

when the respray was done they used the boot off a red golf but for some reason didn't spray the underside, cant be seen when in use so doesn't affect the car at all just want to be as honest as possible

I am selling due to not going to get much use, weve had another baby whos 7 weeks old and ive lost my garage space so don't want to leave out on the drive, its a great little car,

Would trade for something newer for the mrs
