HTC one for swap, essex!

I'm looking for a iPhone 5 or 5c in any colour for my HTC one, it has the normal wear and tear and is missing two letters on the back from the word "HTC as they where pulled off by my niece, the phone has slight scratches on the back, Though the phone works great! I'm just not use to Android! It's 4 months old and locked to the three network, so the iPhone must be too! Or unlocked!
