Hi i have a 2 bedroom chalet for swap in leysdown, local pubs, restaurant's, arcades, beaches, good site for kids good ground rent. Ideal for holiday home or renting out. Fetches around £250 a week in summer, and £150 in winter. Never been rented out though as it has just been used for family holidays. If there is any sensible swappers around let me know!!!
