Camper 2 berth carry three Motorbikes

Mercedes Sprinter 2007, 130,000 miles. I have built a few campers over the years, and been commissioned to carry conversions out for other people. This vehicle was carried out for a dual purpose, work and pleasure.
WORK
the back was used to carry work product so I could sleep in the front, with or without partner. It looks like a camper so there was no problem on caravan club sites. The back is 2850mm long, nearly 10 foot, and I still managed to achieve a living area to front.
PLEASURE
I am well into motorcycles and show them as well as doing track days, I can comfortably get three large bikes in the back, I also have caravan electrics fitted so if there were more going with me I could take the caravan or bike trailer.
INSIDE
As stated back is nearly 10 foot, camper has clothing lockers above driver and passenger seats, in the middle is a main light. There is a switch for the outside(awning) light These seats swivel and the table fixes in the middle so you are seated either side. I normally put the telly on the table to watch with a bottle of San Miguel. Behind the drivers door is the 3 seater or pull out bed, this is not quite long enough so to achieve a full size bed, that would sleep someone over 6'6" you swivel the drivers seat and attach a bed extension over the handbrake area. Above this chair is more storage and also below. For more comfort the blown air heating system (propex) is situated and there is Perspex DG sliding window. It has two reading lights and main light and a clock. Opposite this chair on the passenger side is the kitchen, sink taps, two burner hob. Above is storage for plates cups and food and has two down lights. Below is storage for food but built in behind is storage for two gas bottles, two leisure batteries and also the on board water tank.
I have not fitted hot water but have a heater for installation if required. I just boil a kettle. I wasn't putting a fridge in but have put one in temp that runs on 240/12v and can be connected to gas. In the sliding door is a full opening Perspex DG window. All furniture is lightweight light oak caravan furniture.
It is possible to fit a shower toilet in the back and also possible to install a bunk over the bike are, obviously you would only carry on bike with this arrangement. You could also fit an elevating bedroom to the roof. These were not part of my requirements.
EXTERNAL
The body is new shape 311cdi and although is presentable condition is not like new and you need to address in coming years. It has a wind out fiamma awning and this can be fully enclosed too. There is a double bedroom to hang in the awning.
Why Sell? The truth is I have had a job change and require a car, it must be diesel and capable of pulling my twin wheel caravan. I would swap for right vehicle and have been looking at VW Phaetons. Alternatively I also need a small cheaper car for my daughter who has just passed her test, I would take this and cash. These vehicles go for around £12,000-£20,000 this year, I will sink to around £10,000 for right vehicle. Try me, can only say no.
