This remote is in very good condition!!
all the buttons, the light, and the touch screen work as they should.
The IR and RF functions have been tested and are in good working condition. It comes with a rechargable battery which holds a charge for over a week with minimal use, but due to the nature of rechargeable batteries will not warranty battery. I will also include the software to program remote.

I will also throw in a spare dock and battery which ain't cheap at all

This remote brand new was £760 so not your usual off the shelf Logitech

I just never used it to full potential and programming it was technical for me
