We bought this as a small apartment for friends and family to use, however as things turned out not long after we bought this, we ended up buying another apartment and so as we already have one on this complex, we have decided to try and sell or swap this.

The apartment is 47sqm including balcony. It is a large studio with double sofa bed and inflatable single bed. It has a good sized kitchen which is fully fitted and kitted out and a large shower room. There is air con, a TV and a DVD player.

It is on the 4th floor and there is a lift. There is a lovely balcony looking out at the countryside behind.

The complex has 6 pools (4 have children's facilities) and 2 bars and restaurants. Wifi is available, satellite TV is available and there are tennis courts and spa facilities.

There is a regular bus and shuttle to the resort (Sunny Beach) and the nearby village is an easy 10 minute walk and there are restaurants and couple of small shops.

You can rent out the apartment through the complex if you wish or privately.
