Audi a3 turbo

Hi here i have my audi a3 1.8 turbo it not the cleanest car ive seen it got around 11 months mot tax till end of year ive had the car 3months verry nice car to drive verry fast just put second hand turbo on it witch cost me £120 bonnet &boot needs to be resprayd as the car been standing for 3 years passed the mot for only £26 only needed a drop link and track rod to pass.
The speedo doesnt work but do have new 1s to put in in and there is a water leak on it i am trying to fix it now .. Would like to swap for something a bit bigger like a estate / van . This car would be ideal as a project not mutch work to do on it only oil and water leak nothing too big head is ok on it as it was checked will have to be picked up as i have no insurance as ive got another car .. IT DOEs NEED WORK
