Description:

This 2001 Avondale Osprey caravan is a spacious caravan ideal for a family, or a couple who just want the extra space. This caravan has been well looked after and is in very good condition.

A domestic size gas cooker with 4 burner hob, grill, oven and pan storage, a fridge (gas/240v/battery) with freezer box and 1.5 sink with mixer taps and removable drainer, together with an extra long work surface, provide the excellent kitchen facilities.

At the front of the caravan the lounge area has two long seats which make up to a king-size bed (pull out slats). The top of the chest of drawers folds out to provide a coffee/small dining table during the day. There is also a separate, larger, dining table (which is stowed in a cupboard at the side of the cooker when not in use).

The dinette, with removable table, converts to a single bed and a bunk bed pulls out over this. There is a curtain to screen off this area.

At the rear of the caravan is a full width shower room, comprising Thetford electric flushing cassette toilet, a separate fully lined shower cubicle with mixer taps, lights and mirror and washbasin in a vanity unit with bathroom cabinet and mirror.

There is ample storage throughout the van, including an array of cupboards, a chest of drawers, under-bed lockers and a full length wardrobe, with shelving, in the shower room.

Main Equipment:

A Truma water heater (works on both gas and electric) which provides hot water to the kitchen and bathroom.

A powerful Truma dual fuel fire in the centre of the caravan, also provides the blown air central heating system. The van is well insulated and has double glazed windows so it can be used all year round.

Remote control security alarm fitted.

Blackout blinds and fly screens are fitted to all windows, including the door which has both a blind for the door window and a full size fly screen.

Large tilt and slide rooflight, with fly screen and blackout blind.

The Omnivent fan doubles as air con – providing cooler air on hot days and a very efficient extract fan eliminating cooking smells and steam.

Included in the price is a full Dorma awning with a separate sleeping annex, waste container, water container
