The car DOES NOT suffer from any of the following EP3 known issues.

1. No oil leaks 
2. No burning oil 
3. Electric window fault 
4. Heat shield or vtec rattle 
5. No gearbox or engine whining 
6. No leaks through the ariel to effect the electrics 
7. No gearbox crunches or car slipping out of gear

Car from new and standard has has the following modifications! 

1. Full HKS high power exhaust just been put on (15/03/13)


2. 6000k HID lights (15/03/13)

Car from new has has the following mechanical work 

1. Brand new stage 3 F1 racing clutch and reconditioned gearbox just done on the 14/03/13 it cost me £976.76. 

2. Brand new bushes, mounths and linkages all round - (15/03/13)

3. Timing chain, belt, tensioners, waterpump just done on - (12/12/2012)

4. 4 new tyres just put on along with drilled and grooved diska and bembo pads

5. Gearbox and steering rack done on 25/03/13

6. Allignment has just been done along with suspension ad steering parts by kwik fit.

7. Car has just had fully adjustable tein springs put on, they adjust upto 100mm and currently lowered 42mm all round

GOOD POINTS 

This is my 4th type r and is by far the smoothest and cleanest, the gear changes are unbelievably smooth and true as the new clutch was put in along with the new gearbox, the leathers and carpets inside are immaculate! VTEC kicks in bang on 5900 RPM and pulls true and straight the whole way through. 

BAD POINTS 

small tiny dent on the passenger door, not scratched or creased its tiny realy but just me being picky! alloys could maybe do with a little touch up. 

there is stuff i have left out on this ad and cant remember! main things are the car looks and stands out, drives unbelievable smooth, gear changes are like no other, VTEC kicks in and pulls as it is meant to, no leaks, knocks bangs, rattles! car truely is amazing to drive and just wish i wasnt having to move away otherwise this would not be getting sold! 

CAR IS CLEAR OF FINANCE AND HAS NEVER BEEN RECORDED AS BEING IN AN ACCIDENT!



PRIVATE PLATE IS NOW OFF AND ORIGINAL PLATE HAS BEEN TAKEN OFF!
