BMW E46 323 1999 t-reg 170BHP

Next MOT due on 10/04/2015 there will be no TAX on this car due to new Tax rules. Car was just serviced - all filters and oil, around 146K miles. Just had new water pomp, thermostat, and alternator belt done alongside last service. Nearly new matching tires all around sitting on big bmw deep dish 245/40/18 alloy wheels. I have changed all amber indicators that comes with this model (got original parts that i could include if required) .Runs nice and smooth, loads of power, no engine knocks, gearbox nice and smooth. Bit of a rust in usual BMW spots. Outside temp sensor stopped working around 1 year ago (it shows -40C all the time) never bothered me though and it don't affect car in any way. Needs two inner arch front mud guards as car did not have them when i bought it, again... this don't affect car in any way. Last thing - few weeks ago central locking decided to open the car and boot from the fob but won't close it, Fob issue? Hard to tell, just thought that I'll be honest as much that i can to avoid future disappointment. Got all 3 keys and some paper work to show what was bought/done since i had it.

Genuine reason to swap/sell - decided to buy motorbike so wife makes me get small car with small engine :) so as a result i am looking for small Corsa, Fiesta type. Preferably 3dr Fuel type either petrol or diesel, between 1.2-1.4cc. 600-650cc motorbike? Would be able to come up with some cash on top of this swap for the right car. Also, will sell for cash if anyone interested - asking £1200 but open to offers.

Please note that car is on Private plate at this moment, I am sending paperwork to transfer them to retention on Monday (13/10) so will be able to swap as soon as confirmation from dvla is back than i will return car to its old T reg (this process usually takes few weeks)
