50cc with 70cc top end

Here is a CPI oliver sport, it has 70cc kit on it, just not running fast enough
It starts when you put carb cleaner in, I can only think you need a higher volt battery to start without using carb cleaner everytime, I also have jack up kit, engines been fully rebuilt, might need a new carb to start without carb cleaner, then should run sweet
Tax and test till next year
