Seat Ibiza Cupra 1.8t swap for 4x4 w.h.y

ok i have here my seat ibiza cupra 1.8 turbo...
i have recently fitted new turbo standard ko3 also new throttle bodie as common and was showing signs of failure,, since iv done this the car runs fine no problems.. good MPG.
i have good reason to want to get rid i have a 3 month old and is no good for me to small.

86k miles with papers to back this up..

Front mount inter cooler.
has been remapped have a print out although its from 2007 can make out that its running 180.7 bhp and is a revo map. but iv had a leon 180 and its quicker.. it may have had another map since but no paper work for one.

its lowered on coilovers.
18 inch black team dynamic alloys which are nearly new. slight scuffs on 1 wheel
