Sony A77 plus three lenses for -top-of-the range camcoder

Description:

I have a 'as new', still under warranty Sony A77 with kit lense and two extra lenses plus extras which I wish to swap for a top-of-the-range camcorder.

I would prefer Sony but, I would consider other makes.
