Telecaster project

Description:

I put this guitar together from parts I had lying around as I needed a guitar to keep in open G tuning.The body is of unknown origin, it is fairly light with a body contour.I think it has been a variety of colours in its lifetime so I sanded it back to bare wood and put on a couple of coats of clear varnish.It has numerous small dings and someone started to drill a hole and gave up.It does not go right through the body.The pickups are from an American standard Tele.The bridge is stamped Fender pat pend.I robbed the original neck to put on another guitar but I am including one that needs the head shaping.Not something I fancied tackling.It comes with Kluson style machineheads.Basically if the neck was fitted the guitar is up and running. I also have a nearly new BOSS ME20 multi effects unit ,still boxed , that i will add to the swap for the right deal.
