peugeot 106 zest diesel 02 plate

peugeot 106 zest diesel "02" plate. 3 door.
tax and mot.
tax has just been done this month for 6 months.

full service history from dorset police.there is one minor problem.
there is a small knock somewhere on the front near side suspension, my husband cant find it (qualified mechanic), his friend cant find it (another qualified mechanic) and they both went with it for mot to see if the tester could find it.
he went to town on the mot, and really checked everything thoroughly and between all three of them they could not find a single thing wrong, all components were even dismantled and checked for tolerances then re-assembled, but the knock is still there.!
it is only a very minor knock, but my husband is a perfectionist when it comes to cars, and doesnt mess about or cut corners, but it just cannot be found.
other than that the car is fine, drives lovely and straight, stops in a straight line no judder or shaking, and starts first flick every time without fail. the next mot is due april. Now it's just my luck that a bird just dropped a stone on the windscreen and cracked it. Will pay towards a new one though if someone wants to replace it.
