ford mondeo estate diesel

hiya i have a mondeo estate the tax and mot both end on 31/3/2012 so nearly up, it is in great condition, its a 2.0tddi so very economical it has 144, on the clock but good for double this easy, the only 2 faults this car has is 1 a dent on the back drivers side (see pictures) doesnt effect the car in anyway, the other fault is the fan belt has snaped so needs replacing its not a big job and part is around £15, so car starts and runs fine but wont carge the battery untill fan belt is replaced, i also have a vauxhall vectra sri 2.5 v6 in black see my other adverts for this...
im willing to sell the mondeo as it is as spares or repairs for £500 ono or will swap 1 or the other or even both away for the right car so just make me a offer?????
