log fire, look alike , gas new never been used

this is my tiger fire, ive got the real log one in my house but wanted to change it to the gas version but then found out i had no gas line in and was going to be too much work to fit , riping skertion bords off etc i payed £750 , but would not let me return so will take £500, has only ben sat in house in back roon for a yr still never used ,
