Subaru Impreza WRX 2.0 Turbo

Engine management light comes on after a bit however goes off again if I put the transmission into Neutral...strange but true.
Speedometer hasn't worked for a few years however I've had a company car so Subaru hasn't done many miles over the last 4 years. Cob-webs blown away every now and then :-).
