I am sorry but I was wanting to rate you 5.00 on every part of our'e swap but am dissapointed that my main rating has gone down from 5.00 to 4.99 now due to you marking me down for a swap that seemed to be full of cross wired genuine errors on both of our'e parts.I have put a detailed account on my reply to your rating on my feedback page.I have been just as polite throughout so do not understand the reasoning and as people can see I have alot more perfect ratings.I did however like the items you sent to me and thank you for those and am sorry you felt alittle dissapointed with my delivery.
User reply: I was happy with what I received, but felt that I had very straightforwardly and clearly given you my name and address, but you still delayed in sending item, asking again for the information you already had.
Would swap with you again though and glad you liked the jewellery. Now also making tote bags and evening bags, so keep a look out. Was only being totally honest in what I said in my rating - it did take a while for you to send the hair scrunch. |
