She sent me a faulty Nokia 5800, (perm blurred screen) When I emailed her my concern, she called me to say take the battery out and put it back in, admitting its faulty. When I suggested I am returning her phone and very disappointed for being lied to she cut the phone off. No response to my emails or calls thereafter. Instead she has left me with false negative feedback. The phone is useless to me and she wont accept returns. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST.
